A heat wrapped day

It was a rather hot day for beacon for anyone not used to the heat that is. Rohan being from the desert was more then used to the heat finding it fairly cool for him as he watched students walk by with miserable looks on there faces. It was mid day school just getting out and he was sitting on a bench out side of the school watching people come and go he had nothing better to do but watch and sometimes look down at his sword his polishing rag next to it as the blade gleamed its dark crimson color in the sun He gave a small sigh looking down at the blade bored with it at the moment before looking up at the people walking.

Eos adjusted her bag and harness for her weapon and ammo as she explored her new 'home'. Everything was new to this Cockatrice fauna as she looked around with a slight daze look on her face. Nervously she adjusted her scarf as her golden hued eyes scanned the main area, trying to keep causal focus without a complete melt down from the crowds and noises. This was almost too new for the recruit, she wondered if it was a foolish move to accept the scout invite.

He watched the girl for several moments faunas where rare compared to humans here especially one so open with how they look. Though it was normally against how he liked doing things he got up from he seat and walked over to the small girl with a slight smile his blade resting on his shoulder. "Hey you new here?"He would ask with a small smile moving his hood down to show his face and dirty hair though his wings where hidden under a cloak. "My name is Rohan moren are you okay? you look a bit off."

Eos had wrap her wings around to ensure she didn't hit any of the passabyers, she did jump a bit as she had zone out when Rohan walked up. Her fingers twitched and fidgeted her bag strap as she attempted a weak smile, "Y-yeaj, I'm new here." The fauna admitted, a nervous look in her eyes. "Eos Flamma, uhm yeah I never been anywhere so....crowded and noisy."

He frowned just a little bit giving the girl a close look. " Yea it is rather strange..
I'm from the desert so I'm not used to many people ether though I got used to it after a bit." He smiled a bit more rubbing the back of his head before pointing at her wings. That is a uncommon trait for are kind at the very least most people just have ears or a tail not wings. " he moved his free hand to open his cloak a little bit showing one of his dark brown wings.

Eos weakly chuckled, "My parents like me are Cockatrice Fauna... So it a common trait for my kind." She look around warily, "I come from the country, a farm actually. The main reason I came here was because a scout said I should with my talents..." she weakly shrugged.

Rohan smiled a little bit at her. " My mom is a human and my father was a bird type of some kind never really told anyone what though. " He would give a thoughtful look for a moment. " So why did you join beacon? Any reason?" He asked with a small light smile pulling back on the urge to pet the scared looking girl.

"Honestly? Curiosity and wanting to make my own way." She admitted, eying the crowd as it got thicker for some odd reason she tried to keep her cool.

He tilted his head a little bit looking around at the random people gathering another class must have just gotten out. "You okay? you look a little faint there." He gave a slightly worried look at the small girl.

"H-yeah." She lied, "I uh, Don't do sell in crowds yet. I been raised in the country my house life..." she admitted sheepishly.

"Maybe we should talk later then"He smiled a little bit taking a couple steps away from her. "You seem like you need a little space."

She nodded, though the sudden surge of students felt like she was sntrapped. Things turnned suddenly black for her as her body became a leas brick.

In short she had fainted.

Rohan quickly stepped forward catching the girl before she hit the ground with a small sigh his wings curling around her for a moment before re wrapping around himself. With a small bit of effort he would pick up the girl and carry her to the nurse office once there he would lay her on a bed and sit in the office in a near by chair as the nurses and most the teachers had left for the day and he didn't want her being shocked.

Eos woke with a slight panic as she remembered the last thing she was at before blacking out. "Not again." The fauna moaned, smacking herself in the forehead. Her tail would curl around the bed a bit as she tried to sit up.

Rohan smiled as he watched the girl get up. "Well good morning there sunshine" He said with a slight chuckle before getting up and walking over to her bed keeping his blade against the chair he was sitting in " You where out for a bit there you alright?"

"How lomg was I out?" She asked, a look of huilt on her face, "s-sorry, I have... nerve issues." Eos said shamefully, "I'm working on becoming better but it take work."

Rohan would lift up two fingers. " Two hours or so. "He gave a small frown at the small girl. "It's okay you don't need to worry about it."

She groined, "At least my classes are tomorrow." Eos said, shaking her head "Well, st least by best I'll be known as the fainting Fauna..."

"Erm well....They might think for then that." He would rub the back of his head for several moments trying to think up some good words. "Some of the kids thought we where dating or something when I carried you.

Eos froze, her face flashing from confusion to fear as slowly her wings curled around the female fauna face in embarrassment. "W-what?!" Her voice squeaked.

He looked away blushing just a little bit. " Well yea people are kinda stupid at times. " He let out a small sigh. " I'm sure it wont spread far as a rumor though not to many people seen me carry you. " He lied though his teeth trying to make the girl feel better a lot of students seen them and a few laughed even.

"Y-you sure?" Eos asked shyly, cutely peeking through her wing. Her face was a roaey red as she couldn't believe the thought of it.

He nodded his head with a light smile doing his best to hide the white lie though he was fairly sure anyone with a bit of sense could see right though him or if the girl remembered the amount of people around when she fainted.

"Your lying." She huffed, thinking about curling up ijto a ball of embarrassment.

Caught in his own lie he sighed sadly " Well yea I was trying to make you feel better...." He said sadly looking down at the ground in a huff.
