History:
born in a misty land far with in the mountains rota led a normal life with her family training and getting stronger with the local combat school. at the age of 16 she left the city and moved to the vale to keep training and eventually went to beacon.

Personality:
Rota is a calm girl who does not show much humor or understand it well. Because of this she has trouble making Friends. Rota also at times does not have any shame at times do to how she was raised.

Rota can use her semblance to cloak her self in static arua that harms anything that touches her or gets close to cause more damage she can infuse it with a dust type of her choosing. in which case it takes the effect of that dust type and adds its element to her semblance. this effect can last as long as she has arua. it eats up around 1.5 percent every minute. the semblance can be used every 6 hours.  A direct hit from her semblance is that of a sledge hammer. a skim at the max range of her semblance which is 1 foot is like a punch to the gut. this effect happens once per second all over the body.

the spear handle is fully extended the blade is 3 feet long and the shaft of the spear is ruffly 6 feet

Second Form:
the handle shortens letting the spear be used as a sword the handle goes down to a half foot handle.

Third Form:
the blade shortens down by 2 feet for easy storage.
